The 1BR Villa living room connects to an additional separate suite bed room, kitchenette and seating area. This provides additional privacy for couples, parents or children. Each of the 2 bedrooms has a full bathroom. High speed DSL internet access & phones for local calls are included. In addition to central air conditioning, all rooms have comfortable ceiling fans. Imagine relaxing in the Screened Lanai with a ceiling fan to keep you comfortable while you enjoy breakfast. Or stroll out the Lanai door with your morning coffee & watch the ground crew prepare the green for your tee time. Next, take a short stroll down to the Magnolia restaurant (adjacent to the Byrd/Jones pro-shop) for a buffet breakfast. Our sunny outdoor pool is steps away. Also, tennis, outdoor/indoor pools, hot tub and gym are available at our community fitness centers.

The dining and living room connect to an additional Suite which provides a separate full bathroom, bedroom and kitchenette. The Villa living room and bed rooms each have an armoire with TV and DVD players. High speed DSL internet access & phones for local calls are included. In addition to central air conditioning, all rooms have comfortable ceiling fans. All our guests loved the serene fairway location, the relaxing and comfortable golf motif, and the convenience of being on the 1st level. Our on-site property managers will meet you at the door with keys to a relaxing vacation; they are ready to assist you as needed. Everything is here for your use—even boogie boards for the beach.

Sea Trail Resort is convenient to area restaurants, amusements and shopping. It is only 15 minutes to N. Myrtle Beach, 3 miles to Calabash, and 5 minutes to Sunset Beach--Ranked No. 1, beach in NC.
