Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

  • An all-inclusive fee of $47.50/adult per day, $23.50/child must be paid directly to the resort.
  • A $10.00 'Tourist Fee' must be paid upon arrival at the airport.
  • For highly desirable weeks including Christmas, Easter, and Thanksgiving, we suggest reserving as much as 1 year in advance.
    Also, the rates shown are for a 4 bedroom/4.5 bath Crown Villa. Our membership also allows us to upgrade to up to 7 bedroom villas, or downgrade to 3 bedroom villas, as well as 2 bedroom penthouse suites, 2 bedroom luxury apartments, or a 1 bedroom studio. All based on availability and priced accordingly.
    As of July 28, 2009, all villas are booked from November 15, 2009 until April 26, 2010. However, as an alternative, from September 1 until December 19, 2009, we do have availability of a beautiful 2 bedroom Penthouse Suite ($1000.00/week), a 2 bedroom Luxury Apartment ($800.00/week), a 1 bedroom Luxury Apartment ($760.00/week), or a Studio Apartment ($700.00/week). As well, we have availability of Suites and Apartments from January 3, 2010 until February 12, 2010 and anytime after February 21, 2010. Winter rates apply (add $200.00 per week).
