    Complimentary: Cable TV & Internet. Conditions: an electric credit of $25 per week or $75 per month is included. Overages will be deducted from deposit or billed for monthly renters. We apologize in advance as one guest chose to run the A/C with the windows open all month to 'Feel the cool breeze' which cost us over $800 a month.

Dining and living room are open to the kitchen and host a fantastic view of Bryant Park and the intracoastal waterway. High speed Internet access with cable TV are included as well as all other utilities. (see Rates for amount per wk/month) Our condo is very nicely furnished, central A/C /Heat, two TV’s and DVD’s with cable. Fully equipped kitchen excellent condition throughout. The master, second and dining room have ceiling fans. The local library is three blocks away which offers free DVDs, Internet access and other amenities.
