Overview The Sanctuary Cabin sits below the majestic Mogollon Rim. Formed approximately 600 million years ago. The 200-mile long 'Rim' rises 7000 feet. The Rim is home to thousands of different species of wildlife and offers the outdoor enthusiast a smorgasbord of activities. If relaxing is your gig, the Sanctuary is the place for you. From mountain biking or hiking the trail heads of the Mogollon Rim to horseback riding and trout fishing in the numerous nearby lakes and streams, exploring the local art and antique shops in the historic Payson and Christopher Creek areas to sampling the local fare at some of the best restaurants, the Sanctuary is centrally located to it all.
