The Beach It is 100 meters to water and sandy beach at south end of Playa Negra. 300 meters up beach is famous Playa Negra break.

The House It has a great big thatch roof over center of house with a bed and bath on 1 side and 2 beds /kitchen/bath/living on other side. It is an open layout.

Golf Information: The house is 15 minutes from great course and I have discount passes.

Other Activities Kayaking, day spa, wildlife viewing, rock climbing, shopping.
