  In the event that you need to cancel your booking following cancellation policy/penalty applies:
  - Up to 30 Days prior to arrival, 80% refund. (Full Security deposit refund)
  - Between 29 and 15 days prior to arrival, 0% refund. (Full Security deposit refund)
  - Between 14 to arrival, 0% refund. (Full Security deposit refund)
  Your $200 security fee is refunded in full at anytime during this period.
