The apartment is a bright 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom, all ensuite, 1580 sq ft luxury condo, in a beautiful 'green' hi-rise (Battery Park).
The 3 extra large bedrooms (master = 16' x 12', 2nd bed = 14' x 12', 3rd bed = 12'5 x 11'7 all en suite with one bathroom smartly positioned with double access doors for guests. The chef's open kitchen with huge country kitchen window contains high-end appliances such as Sub Zero fridge, Thermadore Stove, Miele dishwasher and Bosch Washer/Dryer. Entertaining in this 40 foot by 14 foot living room accented with wide planked wood floors and wall to wall oversized windows throughout make this an extremely bright apartment. Plenty of closets and 9 foot ceilings round out this fantastic home.
