Please no smoking and no pets. Condo is first floor with convenient parking at the rear of the building. Laundry facility is on site just steps away from the condo. Other amenities within 1-2 blocks walking distance include spa with massage therapist, a public library, and a park with tennis and basketball. The beach is a 5 minute walk down a side street to the ocean. Sullivan's Island has a beautiful, family oriented beach with a view of Fort Sumter, the Charleston Harbor, and the Sullivan's Island Lighthouse.
