  • The bathroom was fully renovated in 2007 with vintage styled subway tile, new toilet, new sink, new medicine cabinet, new tile, new plumbing...new everything! It's very nice and is painted a calming zen green color.

    Bedroom 3 - 1 Double, inflatable bed for more than 4 guests.

  • The house can sleep a maximum of 4 adults and 2 children. We have a good quality inflatable bed for parties greater than 4 people. The inflatable bed can be set up in the master bedroom or in the 2nd bedroom, but the living room is not large enough to accommodate it, and that is why we suggest that the house is best suited for 4 adults and 2 children maximum. The extra bed comes at a 1 time cost of $50.00 for up to 7 days or $80.00 for more than 7 days. This extra bed is mandatory for more than 4 and is not negotiable. We do not promote guests sleeping on the sofa. We also have a child's crib available. The crib is JPMA certified and is made for children under 50 lbs. It can be rented at one time cost of $15.00. There is also a high chair available for use if you require.

The house has: digital cable w/HBO, STARZ & Encore, free WIFI, free local & nationwide long distance calling. We provide all linens, pots, pans, utencils, glasses, bedding, pillows, hair dryer, toilet paper & paper towels. There is a propane BBQ on the back deck for cook outs, a TV in the living room & in the master bedroom. The master bedroom has a queen bed, dresser, oversized lounge chair, wood burning fire place, TV w/cable & walk in closet. The second bedroom has a full size bed, dresser, night stand and a large window that overlooks the deck and gets lots of sun.
