Well-designed studio with completely-equipped kitchen. Double bed and a separate sitting area with a twin sofa bed. Large lanai with room to dine and awesome ocean and shoreline view (with city lights at night). The condo has a remodeled full bath, a/c, large-screen TV with cable. It is located on a top floor and quiet for sleeping. The kitchen has a full-size fridge, microwave, stove, convection oven, coffeemaker, toaster, rice cooker, pot/pans, dishes, flatware, etc. Small and convenient, the building is called The Seashore because it is 300 feet from Waikiki Beach at the Hulu Mound. There is a community laundry, two elevators, secured entry to the lobby. There is no pool but, then again, you are a minute to the beach. Parking is available close by for $10/day, $60./week, $110./month
