Tile floors and A.C. should help with allergies. Kitchen, living, dining are on ground floor. Both bedrooms are upstairs. We provide a set up of supplies--t.p., paper towels, soaps, garbage bags....you may need to purchase additional. Renters will be charged a $60 fee to clean upon departure. (Renters may also arrange for extra cleanings with our care-taker. ) You may use our golf cart for an additional $15/day ($100/week) + gas.

There's as much to do, or as little, as you'd like. Rest, read, relax. Romp, run around, rejuvenate, rekindle, romance. Antigua boasts 365 beaches, each one very unique and worthy of a visit. The central town of St. Johns has high end shoppes as well as fresh air market and local merchants. Spectacular view and steel bands overlook historic English Harbor. Lesser known Fort James has intimate restaurant and lovely ambiance. Jeep tours into the forest, helicopter over Mont Serrat volcano, zip line through the forest, charter fishing, 'booze' cruises, snorkel, scuba, swim with stingrays, fast boats, fancy sailing yachts, healthy/herbal spas, horse riding on the beach, or a day trip to pristine Barbuda....Bet you can't do it all!!
