The condo comes ready for your family to LIVE in. Bring the groceries and you are all set. Kitchen has tools. Beds are made. Bath towels are provided. We also have beach supplies for you- chairs, boogie boards, umbrellas and sand toys. On your patio is a gas grill. We even have a washer & dryer IN the condo so you can pack light. Also provided are pack-n-play and booster chair. We are very family friendly.
