The Villa has over 3000 square feet of indoor/outdoor living with a heated private pool and spacious patio. Recently remodeled you will be impressed by the marble floors, granite counter tops and completely modern gourmet kitchen. The two master suites have beautifully appointed full baths. The large living room and dining alcove have huge sliding beveled window doors that offer great views and ocean breezes. If that isn't enough fresh air, every room, including kitchen and both baths have new quiet remote controlled air conditioning. All this is a secluded and exclusive gated villa community just 8 kilometers from town. Cabs are readily available and for $8 you are in PV in 8 minutes.
If you decide to rent a car private parking is available if front of your door! You have a complete staff available for your convenience. We can arrange for a cook for $35-50 or have your refrigerator stocked for your arrival. The on-site office can provide you with useful information about the area, with local maps and brochures.
