Local Landscape This property is not crowded in by other houses as the lots on either side are open. This allows more room and privacy for the house and the beach. The concrete pad under the house is very pleasant with a breeze, a dog kennel, an outdoor shower and a hammock for reading. Four cars can be parked under the house. There is a common road to this house shared with a 2br/2ba second tier house which can also be rented with this house

Golf Information: Kiva Dunes a world class course is only 5 miles away. There are 2 other courses between Gulf Shores and this house
