Further Details for the house in Colorado, USA

Access to Public Transportation The house is up a hill from the bus stop, probably about 1/2 mile. The bus runs about every 20 minutes, is free, and will take you right down town in about 15-20 minutes (a direct drive is about 5-10 minutes). Its a very safe simple system. In the winter there is also a regular shuttles between the four major ski mountains, Highlands, Snowmass, Aspen Mountain, and Buttermilk. The shuttle leaves from the Highlands ski resort just down the hill.

On Site Property Manager The property has an adjoining private apartment occupied by our long time property manager Linda. The apartment has its own private entrance and parking. There is 1 door directly into the house that is used only for maintenance and cleaning purposes. In the 20 years Linda has been with us we have never had a complaint from a guest. In fact the only comments we've had about her presence is what a wonderful resource she is.

Outdoor Amenities The house has a hot tub and and in-ground trampoline (in summer months). While both are very enjoyable, they are to be used at your own risk and discretion.
