    Because we value high standards of living accommodations for all our guests, there will be an additional charge to your credit card for any broken, lost or missing items that are found in your cabin.
    We have a full inventory inspection of the cabin after each and every guests stay.
    In addition to our 'no brainer' 3 meal package that gives mom a break in cooking , we also
    offer special discounts and 'Free-Bees' on certain shows and attractions, from time to time. Please check
    with us for current promotions.
    Please enjoy a Free Complimentary bottle of wine from our wine cabinet during a 7 day stay. Additional
    bottles that are drunk are charged accordingly.
  • Smoking Policy
    We do not allow smoking inside the cabin, but, we have plenty of ashtrays located on the 2 back decks and front porch. Please be mindful and respectful of the next guests that may rent after your stay. There may be an additional charge of up to $150.00 if there are signs of smoking inside. In addition, we have 2 fire extinguishers that are located in both the kitchen and downstairs game room.

  • The bathrooms in this cabin are very comfortable, conveniently located off of each bedroom and great room as well as the cozy loft. Three of the five baths have jacuzzi jetted tubs as well as a shower, while the remaining two are lovely full baths. You will feel at home in these luxury baths with plenty of towels and amenities of the owners personal touches. Each bath was color coordinated with the comforters on each bed, towels, and rugs. Our Moose Bathroom Is Accessible For Handicaps--Entrance To Cabin Has Handicap Ramp. Accessible To Main Floor.

  • We strive to make your sleeping experience a memorable and relaxing one. In designing each room, we went to extra measures to enhance each room with it's own personality. All furniture and bedding are new. Each room has it's own bathroom, Dish Satellite TV, and ceiling fan with plenty of closet space and dresser area. All mattresses are upgrades for your comfort. Each bedroom has plenty of towels and an extra change of bedsheets, if desired. Each bathroom has plenty of toiletries to make your stay hassle free. A walk out double door in the Bear and Moose rooms will lead you to the private upper back deck, where you can enjoy the beautiful sites of Cove Mountain. Or, take your morning cup of tea or java and sit in our country rocking chairs and rustic benches to relax amidst mother natures sites and sounds. In the evening, unwind and relax your body in the over sized jacuzzi that the Bear, Moose, & Autumn rooms Or, Relax In Our Just Added 6 Person Hot Tub On The Lower Deck.

Our purpose for you and those you have staying with you at our cabin, is to make it a time that you will not forget. We have a gas fireplace in living room when you want to relax by a cozy fire while occasionally glancing up at our 'NATURE WALL'. JUST ADDED IS A 6 PERSON HOT TUB that is located off the lower deck. We also have an ADT security system in place for the safety, protection and security of your belongings and loved ones---please ask us for instructions. HANDICAP RAMP ACCESSIBILITY TO CABIN Our luxury cabin is sprayed monthly for pest control, however you need to remember that you are in the Mountains, and there are plenty of insects and bugs around you. If you feel the need for an added visit from our pest control engineer, we will do so at no extra charge. We are not responsible for bee or wasps stings that you may get while you are in the cabin. 3 land line phones available in the cabin and all local and long distance within the 48 states are free

method of payment If you require additional items to make your stay more comfortable and enjoyable, please feel free to call us and we will make every effort to accommodate your additional needs. There may be added charges to your requests, depending on what that specific need is. When you decide to book, we will need a $250 deposit payable by check or Visa/Master Charge credit cards. Upon signing a standard 'renters contract' that is emailed to you, once you decide, the balance is due no later than half the time from when the deposit is made to the time of your arrival, or on a designated date that appears on the contract provided to you. In addition, upon your arrival, we will charge your credit card a $250 damage/security deposit that will either be credited back to your account, or voided completely from your monthly statement when you depart and we have had time to inspect the cabin within 24 hrs. We are 'reasonable' for cancellations, depending upon how close to arrival date you cancel.

Mini Puttt-Putt on Premises Our sub division for the cabin has a mini putt-putt golf for the whole family to enjoy. We will provide putters for all if you so desire---please feel free to ask us. There are local golf greens available for those that want to relax with a round of golf. Nearby Gatlinburg has a ski lift and area available. Our Cabin Is Handicapp Accessible For Those Who Need It!!

Skiing Information: Gatlinburg has winter skiing facilities, about a 25 to 30 minute drive, new on the Ski Slopes for 2009 SNOW TUBING, it's a blast!! The road to Gatlinburg is closest to traffic light #10 ---CONNER HEIGHTS ROAD---in Pigeon Forge on the parkway. This traffic light entrance is another way to the cabin. It is a more 'level' road that leads to the 'Hidden Owl' cabin versus traffic light #6---PINE MOUNTAIN ROAD---off the Pigeon Forge parkway entrace, which has more of an adventurous incline up the mountain side to the cabin. Both Ways--Traffic Light #6 Or Traffic Light #10, Are A Very Scenic Drive To Your Stay With Us. All Roads Are Paved.

Golf Information: For those golfers there are 5 golf courses within 20 minutes of Stag's Leap to challenge even the best golfer. Call ahead during the busy seasons and book a tee time, don't miss out. Pigeon Forge and the surrounding area is getting as busy as Myrtle Beach for golfing. For the kids they can try their hand at the mini golf locations around town.

Other Activities zip lines, comedy shows, go carts, bunge jumping, musicals, gift shops, factory outlet stores, and LOTS of scenic roads
