The Rental Deposit is not a security deposit. The BALANCE OF RENT, along with the Security Deposit and Housekeeping Fee is due thirty (30) days before your check-in date.

    We strongly recommend use of PayPal to place rental deposits to insure immediate locking of a desired time period.
    A $200 security deposit is required in addition to the rental fee. This security deposit will be refunded within 72 hours of check-out assuming all terms of the rental agreement are met. There is also a mandatory $75 housekeeping
