  • We have a delicate sewage treatment plant, not a septic tank, due to our proximity to Magens Bay, and NO foreign objects can be flushed down the toilet. Personal items, matches, toothpicks, cigarettes and large amounts of toilet paper may cause it to mal-function. Please conserve water, as we have no rivers on St. Thomas,. All water is collected on the roof and flows into the cistern. If it runs empty, we must buy water, and it may take a day or two for the water truck to c ome to the housed!

  • A large master suite has a majestic 4 poster king sized bed, walk in closet, and bathroom ensuite. The second bedroom has a Victorian queen sized bed and shares a bathroom with the third bedroom which has 2 twins (or a king.). The 4th bedroom is downstairs, adjacent to the vacant owner's apartment, which is vacant in the winter, It is accessed by an exterior staircase and walkway. All rooms have ceiling fans, eliminating the need for air-conditioning on the cool, breezy Northside!

The interior combines beauty with function and lends itself to indoor-outdoor living. Two doors lead to the 'greatroom,' with its cathedral ceiling, and light, open kitchen, dining and living areas. The studio is downstairs, accessed by a private walkway bythe pool and offers complete privacy. The adjacent owner's apartment is vacant in the winter. Conveniently located in the center of the island, 'Magens Fancy' is approximately 5 minutes drive to Magens Bay and Hull Bay beaches, 10 minutes to downtown Charlotte Amalie and Tutu Shopping Center,and 20 minutes to the airport and Red Hook Ferry Dock. But, with Paradise all around you, who wants to leave home?

Very Accessable Villa with no stairs! Free Airport Pick-up and island orientation. Welcome Basket with snacks and beverages. Courtesy Kit with spices, EVOO, vinegar, etc. Amenities include 40 ' flat screen TV with expanded cable channels and DVD. Library of books, CDs and DVDs. High speed wireless Internet access. Gas BBQ grill, and indoor or outdoor dining. Fully equipped kitchen including gas stove, refrigerator with ice-maker, microwave, coffee-maker, & dishwasher. Fine linens throughout. The 4th floor, if utilized is on the lower level, adjacent to the empty owner's apartment, and is accessed by a walkway down the stairs and around the pool.

Attractions Coral World, Harbor Gaming Center, Estate St. Peter Great House and Botanical Gardens, Atlantis Submarine, Paradise Point Tramway, World Famous Mountaintop, Blue Beards Castle, Tillet Gardens, and Pistarcle Theatre. A ferry trip to St. John, Water Island, Tortola or St.Croix (seasonal) is always enjoyable.
