Minimum 3 night stay, except June 27/09 to Sept.5/09 weekly rentals only ( Sat. - Sat. ). eg. family of 5, at peak time, ( 2 adults + 2 children + 1 year old ) = $120/night or $750/week. Rates in Canadian Dollars and subject to change without notice.

    50% deposit required upon booking( cheque or money order only, CDN funds ), remainder to be paid upon arrival (CDN. CASH only ).
    100% refund, of deposit, up until 30 days prior to stay ( funds held for 30 days after receipt, before all refunds issued, to allow for clearing ).
    50% refund up until 14 days prior to stay. No refund within 14 days prior to stay.
    No smoking and No pets.
