The home is organized around three living areas connected through a stunning oak spiral staircase. At the top is a spacious master bedroom suite with a king-size bed and beautiful master bath with Jacuzzi tub and stand alone shower, and walk in closet. A separate seating area and freestanding fireplace complete this self-contained living area. Off the suite is the “Wheelhouse”, a private deck offering stunning views of the ocean. The second level of the home includes a kitchen, dining area, office and living room with a beautiful two-story rock fireplace as well as a second bedroom with a queen size bed and second bath. This level of the home includes another spacious deck overlooking the ocean, as well as a deck on the back of the house which faces a quiet park-like setting with many trees and open space.

On the entry level of the home is another bedroom suite complete with a queen-size bed, private bath and sitting area complete with a separate entertainment system. The Captain’s Cottage offers all the amenities you would expect in a 5-star hotel yet is a world away from a bustling hotel atmosphere. The home offers wireless high-speed Internet, 4 TVs with cable, DVD player, Bose IPod base, luxurious linens and towels, gas bar-b-que, extraordinary furnishings and beautiful wood floors.
