High thread count sheets on Queen beds in master and 2nd bedroom with private bathrooms, 2 twin trundle beds in 3rd bedroom. Living room sofa makes a queen bed and there is a roll-away bed option if requested. Fully equipped gym in garage with elliptical machine and stationary bike. Beach chairs and umbrellas available. Outdoor heaters available for those cool summer nights. This home is on Los Robles in the heart of Laguna Beach. Thanks for reviewing our home! It is our primary residence much of the year meaning there are many more amenities than found in most rentals. Please note when booking, this is not a beach-party home for excessively large parties and its use should be limited to the guests staying at our home.
