Notes:

This is a three level townhouse with a bedroom and bath on the lower level but an elderly, infirm or wheel chair bound person would find it difficult to access the middle level where the kitchen and dining area are located. We allow housebroken dogs but no cats because one of our children is deathly allergic to cats. The 12' by 20' deck on the back of the house is ideal for cooking and eating outside and in combination with the indoor dining area it easily seats 18 people for meals. There are a number of get-away rooms in the house which is ideal for large families with places for young children, older children and adults. It is just a short drive or bike ride to Bethany Beach.

Nearby Attractions The Atlantic Ocean and beach resorts of Bethany Beach, Fenwick Island, Rehobath Beach, and Ocean City are all nearby. The area has numerous public golf courses, several amusement parks, many fishing, boating and sailing opportunities. There is eco-tourism plus rental boats, bikes and jet skis. You are very close to several bays. There are lots of great restaurants just a short drive away. There are a number of close state parks and recreation areas. The area is rich in history. In the summer months there is live entertainment at the Bethany Boardwalk. A large number of the resort bars have live entertainment. In the nearby communities there are a number of miniature golf courses and water slides. There are classic beach boardwalks in Bethany Beach, Rehobath and Ocean City.

'We felt at home as soon as we arrived. What a warm and wonderful house. We got rained in a couple of days but loved all the books, games, videos you had for us to use. Your kitchen/dining and deck area were great. One night we had 20 for supper and everyone got to sit at a table or your kitchen island.' 'Your house has everything any guest could want. We had 14 people plus a dog and everyone was comfortable and had a great time - thanks for letting us rent your great place at the beach.'
