This is a perfect family get away or a second Honeymoon- Great for a walk around the Villages or a hike around the giant Saguaro Cactus in the back yard desert- There is something for everyone - including great shopping, restaurants and golf but this is a wonderful place to relax, decompress and escape the cold Northern winters. In Arizona we dont even set our clocks back so you get a full day of sunshine and it does shine almost every day.

Guests who reside in the Carefree villas reap the benefits of beautiful surroundings that are only enhanced by amenities such as two beautiful pools, a fitness center, tennis courts, the Carefree Resort Spa and Legend Trail Golf course. Carefree is a charming town that has several choices for dining and shopping. The villa sleeps six comfortably. There is a king bed with a private bathroom and a porch, another bedroom with two queen beds , a bathroom and a porch (that can also be turned into it's own suite) and a pull out couch in the living room. The villa has a perfect view of the mountains and the beautiful golf course. The living room has a private deck with a fireplace, cable television Internet and and a dining area. The villa is fully furnished with linens and towels and a washer and dryer. There is also a double car garage.

My Villa has just been repainted with warm and inviting colors - Carpets have all been cleaned and windows are spotless. All New art work and furniture is in place just waiting for you. I take great pride in my properties and I am certain that you will find all of the extra's of a warm home here and waiting for you.

The Village at Carefree is gated, fully fenced, luxury community made up of impressive Southwestern Architecture with Cactus's everywhere you look. No Noisy freeways, busy streets or hustle and bustle, just complete desert relaxation.
