Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

  • All major holidays require 4 night stay. $100 cleaning fee on weekends and major holidays.
  • Reservation Rules:
    A deposit of 50% is required at the time of reservation by credit card or Pay Pal. The balance is due 30 days before arrival by same credit card. If less than 30 days until check-in, payment in full is due at time of reservation. No reservations should be assumed until the initial deposit or payment is made and a signed contract is received by the renter from RTH, Sales. Please do not make any travel plans that cannot be changed until you have received your signed contract. The villa cannot be held without a deposit. First payment will have the reservation. Must be 25 or older to reserve. Not suitable for unaccompanied students.
  • Weekly rentals include maid for one day during the week. Cleaning fee for additional days is $75.00
    On weekends and major holidays a cleaning fee of $100 will be charged.

Notes:

Maid will come one day during the week. Additional days have to be arrange with villa caretaker for a fee. Gardener comes every Saturday. Will be more than happy to pick any fruit in season. Mr. Sweeney, our caretaker on premise, will help with anything our guest might need. He lives in an apartment separated from the villa.
