  • Our rates include bed linens, bathroom and kitchen towels, SC taxes, and the departure cleaning fee for stays 1 week or greater (add $125 cleaning fee for stays less than one week).

    Weekly rentals are Saturday to Saturday. Monthly rentals run from the first day of the month to the last day of the month. Check in is 4:00 p.m. and check out is 10:00 a.m.

    10% discount on monthly stays exceeding 90 consecutive days.

    A reservation deposit of 50% of the rental amount plus a signed rental agreement is required to confirm your reservation. A $250 refundable security deposit is also required at the time of booking. The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.

    Payment can be made by check, money order, or credit card via Paypal or Google checkout (additional fees applies).

    Our townhome is a no smoking / no pets home. Motorcycles are also not allowed per resort association regulations.
