An authentic 18th century villa Binissaida has been elegantly furnished with a combination of period pieces, beautiful paintings and traditional soft furnishing all in keeping with this historic property that, provides an exclusive opportunity to stay in a wonderful old Menorcan mansion, and truly step back in time.

Surrounded by gardens... The swimming pool terrace is found adjacent to the courtyard and can be gated and there is a large L shaped swimming pool with roman steps and plenty of poolside furniture. The garden is well established, private and has some lovely shaded areas; an original bread oven has been converted into a stone seating area. Nearby, there is a shaded area equipped with a built-in BBQ and an additional dining area. Outside, the house is surrounded by pretty courtyards, box hedge gardens and enjoys open countryside with unspoilt views. The beautiful principle courtyard is used by the family as an outside dining terrace.

Upscale amenities All 6 bathrooms have been recently redesigned. The large kitchen is in keeping with the style of the house and has all the modern facilities required for you to enjoy your stay.
