In addition to being located close only 5 minutes to the race track and 10 minutes to the beach, you'll find everything you need be comfortable in this fully furnished del mar home vacation home.

You are approximately 30 minutes from the San Diego international airport. * Home owners who just sold a house or are looking to buy a house and require a short term living arrangement. Again, everything in the house is ready to go all you need to do is bring your clothes and toiletries!

Del Mar Vacation Rental Amenities Situated in a private neighborhood off of Jimmy Durante Blvd, this two story Del Mar beach rental has a peek view of the ocean, is approximately 3000 square feet, has vaulted wood beam ceilings, marble floors, granite counter tops. For vacationers coming from Florida or the east coast. A common question we get is 'Do you have central Air condition?' The answer is yes. We just replaced our entire central heating and decided to add on air condition system so that in the summer months it will keep you nice and cool! 2 T.V.'s in the house: 60' HDTV upstairs in the main living with DVD. Another TV downstairs in one of the bigger queen bedrooms. All the furniture, appliances, linens, are completely brand new and were purchased with comfort and elegance in mind. Parking is highly coveted in this location during race season. You have the ability to park 5 cars on the property. No Street Parking permitted.
