For your outdoor pleasure, the home, located on a wooded lot, has a large deck complete with rocking chairs and outdoor furniture to sit back, relax, read or enjoy the view . Watch for frequent visits from deer, wild turkeys, along with other variety of birds and wildlife. The lake lot, located directly across, has a large landscaped concrete patio with an outdoor swing, patio furniture and a firepit. The lakefront lot has a sandy beach and dock. A fishing boat with oars and motor and a paddle boat are included for your use. The pontoon boat is not included, but pontoon boat rides can be arranged in increments of 30 minutes for an additional fee. Inside the home, you will find a kitchen equipped with stove/oven, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, washer & dryer, coffee maker, cooking utensils, dishes, glasses and flatware. Linens and paper products are included. Bathrooms are modern and clean. Wireless High Speed Internet and 32 inch flat panel cable TV with DVD player are included.

Home is available for year round rental. Come see all the colors of the autumn foliage, visit the Allegan County Fair. (Visit the Allegan County website for list of entertainment). Travel to Paw Paw, Michigan for Wine Fest, only 20 miles away! Come stay in the winter. Winter activities include ice skating, ice fishing and visit nearby areas to ski. We are located approximately 30-45 minutes from Holland, Michigan. Come in spring and part take in Holland's Tulip Festival
