The approximately 400 sq. ft. apartment has a fully equipped kitchenette. There is a love seat and a 4 person dining set. There is an air conditioner and ceiling fan. All linens and towels are provided including beach towels. There is a cassette/CD player, a VCR and television with cable. The well maintained and secure twelve story condominium is separated from the beach by only a decorative cement wall . A designated space in a gated parking area may be available when arranged in advance. Each floor has a separate key for the elevator and stair-well which helps to ensure security and privacy. A coin operated laundry room is on the first floor. All you should need to bring with you is your clothing and your smile.
