Guests will have their own key and enter the second-floor apartment from an outside stairway and small porch overlooking their parking space and our backyard pond. Ceiling fan, skylights, screen door with another window on opposite wall make the space bright and airy with good cross-ventilation. No air conditioning necessary on this area of the coast! Children are welcome but the space will not accommodate more than one older child/teenager or two small children of one is in a porta-crib. Coffee, continental breakfast included in one or two-night stays.

SCHEDULE CHANGE!! UNEXPECTED CONSTRUCTION WORK ON OUR COTTAGE AT THIS LOCATION BEGINS SEPT. 1, 2009. DUE TO NOISE AND EXCAVATION THAT WILL ALTER THE EXPERIENCE WE WOULD LIKE TO PROVIDE, THE APARTMENT IN OUR BARN WILL BE UNAVAILABLE FOR RENTAL FROM 8/31/09 THRU 3/31/2010. RENTALS WILL RESUME ON APRIL 1, 2010 AT PUBLISHED RATES.
