  • Cancellations Policy: Processing/reservation Fees and Damage Insurance are Non Refundable. Cancellations must be made 90 or more days prior to scheduled arrival in writing to receive refund of your deposit, less a $100.00 charge, and forfeit the reservation/damage fees. If a reservation is cancelled between 60 and 90 days prior to your scheduled arrival, you will receive a refund of moneys paid, less a cancellation fee of $300.00 per week booked, and forfeit your reservation/damage fees. With less than 60 days notice you will forfeit the full amount of the reservation unless the Property is re-rented for the entire length of the stay at full price. If you are a ‘no-show,’ you will forfeit the full amount of the reservation. We do not give credit for early departures or for inclement weather. If a change in reservation is requested, Pamela Schap will make reasonable effort to accommodate the change, and assessed the appropriate fee as stated above.

Amenities In ground outdoor fenced pool located at Condo. Only condo that has a pool on Robin drive. Condo is walking distance to Jolly Rodger Amusement park, Old Pro Medieval Miniture Golf, go-carts & water slide, beach & boardwalk. Beach is approximately 6 blocks away from Condo Condo is located off of Robin Drive (28th Street on the bayside) off of Coastal Hwy. Boardwalk begins at 27 th street. Pizza Hut, Subway, Salty Dog Salloon plus other restaurants is within walking distance of condo. Miniture golf, fishing, charter fishing, restaurants, surfing, parasailing, jet skiing, shopping and all kinds of night life are close by. If you like outlet shopping, we are 1/2 hour away from Rehoboth Beach, Delaware Outlets and 10 minutes away from Maryland Outlets across the bay.
