Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

  • Cleaning fee will be waived for stays of 5 days or more. Pool heat is optional (but recommended).
  • An optional fee for pool heat of $35/night will be added to the above rates. A 3% processing fee will be charged for all credit card and PayPal transactions. Money orders are also accepted by mail. No personal checks.
  • A refundable security deposit of $300/week is required for all bookings. Arrangements to refund your security deposit will be made 3 - 5 days after the end of your stay. It will be returned to you within 30 days of your stay.

From our Disney Vacation Home, you can be at the Disney World gates in just a short 5-7 minute drive and in the Walt Disney World parks in 10-15 minutes (depending on park).
