Best Pool in Neighborhood! Recline next to the gorgeous pool and let the sound of the water cascading from the 6' diameter hot tub to the pool, lull you into total relaxation. Our private pool includes a 6' deep 'sundeck' which is perfect for adults who wish to sun themselves or for children playing. The hot tub offers ease of entry and exit, with controls conveniently located next to the hot tub. No need to worry about pesky bugs, as the pool is completely enclosed by screening that provides privacy and UV protection of about 15. An additional, sunning patio located in the back yard provides a comfortable area to relax in the direct sunlight - for those serious sun worshipers! Separate out door shower available to rinse off after a day in the sun or at the beach.

Completely Updated, Open Floor Plan The kitchen has rich, dark granite counter tops, with premium cherry cabinetry and comes complete with all dishes, cookware, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, stove and refrigerator. Both bathrooms have porcelain tile on the floors and ceramic tile on the walls and in the spacious showers. Washer & dryer included. With the open floor plan and NO steps, this home is easy to get around in.

Fun in the Sun! Located just under a mile from one of the more popular beaches and is walking distance to dining, shopping, and miniature golf. Plenty of public access golf courses, too! Only 25 minutes from Ft Meyers airport. Situated in a quiet neighborhood a short walk or bike ride away from the beautiful beaches of SW Florida. No pets, please. Non smoking. Come relax & enjoy beautiful SW Florida. We enjoy just relaxing at our home, and enjoying the pool. We walk down to Bonita Beach almost daily. Barefoot Beach is great for the sunsets. We enjoy the availability of nature walks, airboats rides, picking fresh oranges & grapefruits from the various 'U-Pick' orchards. Of course, Putt-putt golf offers a nice way to relax in the early evening. Restaurants of all types are available for those who enjoy dining out. From fast food, to authentic Mexican, to fine dining. You'll find it all here and easily accessible.
