The expansive kitchen flows into the dining area with a sit at bar / island, perfect for entertaining, while creating culinary art. An addition dining area is available next to the kitchen with extended outdoor living in the lanai perfect for lounging or dining al fresco with western exposure.

A large saltwater spa / pool better known as a spool, is perfect for exercise swimming with powerful jets. The spool is also perfect as a spa with spectacular mountain views and perfect for desert living. The living quarters offer relaxing accommodations with designer touches.
