The property is looked after by a live-in local couple and a bilingual property manager. Daily maid service and gardener/pool man is included. Options include a cook, laundry service, local transport and even airport greeting and transportation from/to Managua. Local ATV (All Terrain Vehicle), sailboat, surfboard rentals, sport fishing and private Spanish lessons are all readily available in San Juan del Sur, as are coffee farm cloud forest canopy tours and excursions to beautiful Spanish Colonial Granada and much more. We are at the epicenter of Central American surfing and secluded beaches abound up and down the coast. We will gladly answer all of your questions related to this unique property.
