There is a large, efficient kitchen. In addition to six charming bedrooms on the second and third floors (king-size bed, three queen-size beds - one with a canopy, one full-size bed, and two twin beds), this house has a huge outdoor deck with a view of the beautiful sunsets over the water. A large yard provides the perfect setting for volleyball, croquet, and many other outdoor pursuits (sports supplies can be found in the garden shed or in the three-car garage). The master bathroom has a shower and a jetted tub, and there are two other full baths and a half bath.

The Stonington Borough, with its many Fun Restaurants and Numerous Antique Shops, is a brief ten-minute walk from the house, as is the Stonington Public Beach on the famous point, the Beach has a Lifeguard and a Float, the area also has Great Rhode Island Beaches approximately 20 minutes away, Mystic Seaport and Aquarium are approximately five miles away, the area also has Numerous Golf Courses, Sailing Opportunities, and Fantastic Fishing, the Ledyard Casino is open 24 hours per day, seven days per week and is only 15 minutes away, Shopping (great outlets and antiques), and Sailing are all available in the area
