The entrance opens onto a large living room with a dining area, the modern, fully-equipped kitchen, and a bedroom with en-suite shower room. The living room is a haven of peace and quiet. The building materials are extraordinary-the original stone of the walls blends harmoniously with the pale marble floor. The sitting area which looks out onto the garden is elevated. The dining area is a few steps down with a table perfect for intimate dining or entertaining. Just off the living room is the boudoir - a cozy room with period stone walls lined with cushions, beautifully furnished. Located 50 meters off the street at the end of a cobblestone courtyard, behind secure doors and on it's own private garden, this 1586 historical monument is so quiet you will not believe you are in Paris! The street outside is now closed on Sundays to become a giant pedestrian mall.
The kitchen is spacious, modern, and fully equipped. A marble staircase leads to the second floor. Rooms on the second floor distribute off of a mezzanine overlooking the living room. Upstairs there is a separate office area with high-speed internet access, a bedroom with en-suite shower room and the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a dressing room. The master bedroom is bathed in rosy hues with a sumptuous leather bed. The master bathroom is entirely in rose marble which continues into the adjoining mirrored dressing room. This magnificent apartment is paired with a private garden which has a table and chairs for outdoor dining and a hammock.
