Rental Rates for the cottage in Eastern Michigan, Michigan, USA



Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

  • Reservations require receipt of a check for 50% deposit to confirm. * Balance due 1 month prior to arrival * Cleaning fee of $75 * Refundable security/damage deposit of $250

    Upon receipt of your check, two copies of a standard rental contract will be sent to you, return one signed copy.

    30 days prior to check in the remaining 50% is due along with your refundable damage deposit. 2 weeks after check out the damage deposit will be returned to you assuming there is no damage.

    Cancellation Policy: As long as I am able to rerent I will refund your payment

Please Notice Cottage is For Rent to Single Families Only, NOT Multiple Families OR to host family reunions.

Golf Information: This can be a great gathering location for a golf vacation. Lexington has a championship course in Lakeview Hills, there is a nice golf course in Port Sanilac, and a very inexpensive but very playable course inland from this location.
