This Seven Bedroom home has plenty of sleeping for multiple families. There are two bedrooms on the first floor(2 sets of bunks & 2 Queens)(T)(T)(T)(T)(Q)(Q) with a full bath. The second floor has four more bedrooms along with a small living area and porch leading out onto the pool deck. The second master is located on this floor with a King(K)bed and large bath. There is a Queen(Q) bed in the next bedroom that shares a bath with the third bedroom that is furnished with two full(D)(D)size beds(D)(D). The last bedroom on the second floor has two full(D)(D) size beds as well with a full hall bath. There is also a large porch and pool deck from the living area and second master bedroom. The third floor has all the main living areas including a large gourmet kitchen with all stainless appliances, and wine cooler, a large dining area with seating for 12, and a very large living room with a large sectional couch raised ceilings and TV/stereo.
The Master bedroom is located in the back of the main floor and has a large Canopy King(K) bed with a sleeper sofa. The master bathroom has a large jacuzzi tub and stand-up shower. There is also a large porch area overlooking the pool, with a spiral stairwell that grants access to the rooftop porch with the best views on the island. Incredible views of the beach, town area, Atlantic Ocean and the Intercoastal waterway from this rooftop porch. The home has TVs in all bedrooms and living rooms. The home also includes 350-count Egyptian cotton linens, Free Wi-Fi internet, and a washer/dryer. There is also an elevator that can be used with a $250 deposit. This home is perfectly located a block from the 'cleanest beaches on the East Coast' and only a two blocks from some of your favorite IOP restaurants and shops.
