This is a wonderful cottage that has been updated with all new windows, electrical and plumbing. It has a basement for additional space and the washer and dryer are located. It has 105' ft. of lake frontage, parking for 8 vehicles and boat trailer. It has a yard to play in. The beach is sandy and the swimming area is a hard sand/clay bottom. Wonderful swimming area. A paddle boat is included. Pontoon rental is available on the lake. It is a a great fishing and and water sports lake. Sunny areas to sun bath in and shady areas to cool off in!

Pine Lake Pine Lake is a series of 4 lakes, connected by channels for miles of boat riding pleasure and touring. It is a 60 acre lake, very quiet during the week, more activity on the weekends. There are nearby golf courses, restaurants, unique antique shopping, coffee shopping and the home of the famous Plainwell Ice Cream!
