    Special Rates for Three months or more!
    $75 non-refundable maid fee.
  • Terms: 50% deposit with signed contract to hold reserved weeks, balance due 14 days prior to arrival.
    Special Event balance due 30 days prior to arrival
    $200 refundable damage deposit ( $300 with pets) is due seven days after booking. This deposit will
    be refunded 10 days
    after stay if there is no damage. Not part of the rental fee.
    Cancellation policy: You must cancel 30 days prior to your reserved date
    No smoking inside!!!
