First Floor Palazzo is a 7 bedroom, 8 bath home with over 6,600 square feet of living area. From the moment you enter the home you know that you have landed in the lap of luxury. The gorgeous marble floors are adorned with beautiful inlays and show off the classic elegance of this home. On the first floor there is a very large living room overlooking the beach through windows that span the entire back of the home. There is also a large dining area and a sitting area for your enjoyment. A 52' flat screen television is located in the living room and you will find surround sound throughout the home. The kitchen is absolutely magnificent with Thermador gas appliances, a sub zero refrigerator, separate ice maker, and wine cooler. There is another dining area located on this floor with access to the courtyard. In the courtyard you will find a 15x7 heated pool with a waterfall overlooking the beach. There is also a large gas grill for cooking steaks.

Second Floor There is a private elevator that reaches all floors and provides easy access to the entire home. On the second floor you will find gorgeous hardwood floors running throughout. There 4 bedrooms located on this floor. The first is a suite with a king sized bed, private bath with double vanities, 42' television, and private balcony. There are two suites with queen size beds, private baths, and 42' televisions. There is an enormous master suite on the back of the home with a private gulf front porch. This suite has a king size bed, wet bar with gas fireplace, custom closets, 52' television, and a drop dead gorgeous bath with an enormous jetted tub and a car wash for a shower. There is also a full sized laundry on this floor.

Third Floor The third floor features a fully custom movie theatre with 110' projection screen and movie theatre quality surround sound. There is also a sitting area with full wetbar and a bathroom in the theatre. There is a queen sleeper sofa in the theatre for extra sleeping. There are two bedrooms with queen size beds, private baths, and 42' televisions located on this floor. There is another master suite on the back of the home with king size bed and a private gulf front porch. This suite also features a full wetbar with gas fireplace and another incredible bathroom with jetted tub and carwash shower. This suite also has access to the rooftop deck on the fourth floor. This is an expansive deck with amazing panoramic views. There is also another full laundry and wetbar found on the third floor.
