The garden patio is completely privately enclosed behind a gate and has shaded dining for 4 people, as well as two lounge chairs. There are also 2 cruiser bikes with locks available for your use. There is free wireless internet as well as cable with HBO and Showtime. We also have a record player with a little collection of records and an alarm clock with iPod dock. The kitchen is fully equipped for basic cooking, with a full sized range oven, coffee maker, fridge, toaster, etc as well as basic spices to cook with. (Please ask if you have specific questions.) We also provide all towels and cozy high thread count sheets for the bed. There is no daily maid service. There is not, however, any additional cleaning fee; it is included in the price of the rental. Any guests staying longer than a week will be provided with a weekly maid service and fresh towels and linens as part of the rental rate. Please don't hesitate to ask if you have any other questions.
