The house is very comfortable and suitable for children. There is a separate den with cable TV and DVD player as well as a large living room/dining room. Beautiful hardwood floors throughout the house. The eat in kitchen has been recently updated with new appliances, granite countertops and ceramic back splash and ceramic tile floor. The kitchen is fully equipped for all meal preparation, service and clean up. New Washer and Dryer and outside clothes line. Nice yard for kids to play in with New Webber Gas grill as well as a charcoal Webber grill. Outdoor table/chairs with umbrella,and chaise lounges.
