Our home has two separate living areas. Up stairs has 4 bedrooms with 1 bath, living room and kitchen. The down stairs has 1 bath with the game room and second living area with TV/VCR. We can accommodate a large group but don't forget that this is also a great place for a couple to have a romantic get away.
