*1 block from the Palace of Fine Arts. *1 block from the Exploritorium. *2 blocks from hip and trendy Chestnut Street - coffee shops, endless upscale restaurants and fantastic boutiques. *4 blocks from the beautiful Marina Green and Crissy Field. *4 blocks from the Bay. *Across the street from the bus to the Golden Gate Bridge. It is also a beautiful 30 minute walk back. *Across the street from the Presidio. *Endless number of parks within walking distance. *1 block from bus the bus stop to Fisherman's Wharf, Chinatown, Union Square and the Financial District.

Parking Parking is not available in the building. Street parking is very easy in our area but is limited to 2 hours. It will require a temporary parking permit on weekdays to park in any one place for longer than 2 hours. Permits can be arranged in advance through us and cost approximately $30 for 2 weeks. There is also free street parking in the neighborhood on Saturdays and Sundays. Pets may be allowed in the summer months. Please inquire.
