This outstanding condo is also only a short walk to Shoreline Village, the harbor and the sand. Beautiful Belmont shores in one mile down the road. The free bus in front of the condo can take you there.
The condominium is approximately seventeen miles from the Los Angeles International Airport-LAX, five miles from Long Beach airport, and fourteen miles from John Wayne's/Orange County airport. The Condominium is eighteen miles to Disneyland, fourteen miles to Knott's Berry Farm, Movieland Wax Museum, and the Medieval Times Dinner Theater. The condo is next to the Long Beach Convention Center, Performing Arts Center, the Long Beach Aquarium and Queen Mary. Outside the condominium are well known restaurants, shops, and clubs located one block away on Pine Ave.
This brand new one bedroom one bathroom condominium has been tastefully decorated and includes a free high-speed Internet access, cable TV in every room, a Full Kitchen, Microwave, Dishwasher, Refrigerator, Ice Maker, Cooking Utensils Provided, Linens Provided, Washer/Dryer in unit. Unit can accommodate two to four people. The bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed, walk in closet and there is a large pull out sofa in the living room. There are two large balconies, one off the bedroom and one off the living room. Unit has a beautiful large soaking tub and secured underground parking for one vehicle. Guest parking is available.
