The town of Groveland provides all the necessary amenities - grocery store and restaurants, video rental and pharmacy. This house is a great base for many day trips such as: Yosemite, Hetch Hetchy, Lake Don Pedro, Columbia State Park, Tuolumne Meadows and Gold Country mining towns such as Jamestown and Sonora, where there are lots of antique stores. Yosemite and Hetch Hetchy have many hiking and biking trails. In the winter skiing is available at either Dodge Ridge (about 1 hour), Bear Valley (around 2 hours), or Badger Pass ski located in Yosemite (2 hours). The outdoor ice skating rink in Yosemite is great fun. When you walk into our home you will feel relaxed as if you were walking into your own home, sit back, relax and enjoy all the amenities this home and area provides.

There are 2 master bedrooms with private baths, Master #1 has fireplace. TVs with DirecTV in both master bedrooms, Gated Community, with access to the Pine Mountain Lake and all amenities it offers. Don Pedro Lake within 30 minutes, Sonora within 30 minutes and Yosemite North Gate within 30 minutes.
