Master Bath: This large bathroom offers a continual heat Jacuzzi Jet tub and travertine floor and shower. Guest Bedroom: Features a Queen Simmons bed, a 32 inch flat screen TV & DVD, and a Garden Views and a large closet. Second Bathroom: The upstairs bathroom features an enclosed steam shower and stone counters. Third Bedroom /Den: This sun room has a sleeper sofa, computer desk expansive closet and private deck with trees.

The stairway is marble and all of the furnishings are new and custom built. The beautiful walnut floors are accented with plush throw rugs. This home is very private yet convenient to shopping, the freeway, great Mill Valley schools and San Francisco. The views from the 3 decks are all lovely. The view out of most windows is green and lush. There is a 1 car garage with motion sensor lighting No pets or smoking.
