This a fully furnished home with EVERYTHING you would need except for food, we have a deep water dock with 10 ft at low tide and a mooring ball for larger vessels, fresh water shower/wash down on dock and power, Across from Morgan Island sandbar and views Edisto Island fand ocean from yard, beachcombing along a mile of beach behind the house , beautiful sunrises and sunsets and million dollar view all day and nignt from dock and house with frequent dolphin sightings. 2 crabtraps & fishing from dock, lg. fire pit for smores & cool evenings under the stars on the water. Landscaped/sodded back yard for outdoor play: horseshoes, game equipment, etc. with hammock & tree shade. 1 canoe, & 3 kayaks with equipment. Extensive games, puzzles, poker, DVD's and new Xbox.

This property is geared to avid kayakers and transiting sailor/serious power boaters (and families) who want to get off the boat for week or two but keep the boat close at hand/or work on it undisturbed (Beaufort is a good sailing town with access to supplies and boaters services). Good cell phone signal here too.
